Once the design is approved, realisation starts. The materials are prepared and possibly delivered. The project is entrusted to one or several teams of experienced technicians who always keep the mounting plans in their back pockets. They are responsible for assembling the installation in the slightest detail.
Assembling a warehouse installation: true workmanship!
Once the concept is approved, all necessary materials are ordered and construction starts. During this period, our technicians will visit your premises several times, materials will be removed and delivered constantly, … if need be 24/7 to get everything completed within the agreed deadline. Of course, all this happens in accordance with the most recent standards and safety regulations, which we monitor and train ourselves in constantly.
Dismantling in accordance with best practices
Just like assembling is performed according to a proven methodology, disassembly is a job that needs to be done just as carefully. Here, safety plays an important part, as always, but the sequence and manner in which different parts are packaged and transported are very important too, to re-build the racks concerned in a new location without the slightest problem if need be.
A safe and conformant rack is worth twice as much
Once all racks are built correctly, the job is not finished yet. Warehouses are used intensively and racks can be damaged easily. Think of bumps and scrapes with forklift trucks. Extra protections can be installed to remedy this. Have a look at all accessories and support equipment we use.
