Are you strong in assembling and do you have ambitions to grow? Then you are more than welcome at Hardy’s Industries! We are expanding rapidly and are therefore looking for motivated technicians. You go on the road with your colleagues to take care of the design of warehouse and shop shelves at various customers.

Our customers are very diverse, and so are the products they want to store on the racks we install. No two installations are identical, you and your colleagues are always faced with a new challenge. You attach great importance to safety and cleanliness. You like technics and you are communicative. Every day you work together in a team of several colleagues. The work of our technicians is the basis of Hardy’s Industries’ success!

Your job
- You have affinity with assembly
- You have a driving license B and your own car
- You speak Dutch, French or English fluently
- You are collegial, dynamic, flexible and enjoy working in a team
- You have a great safety awareness and insist on doing everything within the rules

Quarterly team meetings
Participation is the golden rule at Hardy’s Industries. Do you have a suggestion or an idea that can improve the daily operation? We certainly listen to that. Every 3 months we meet with the whole team at the office in Assenede, where everyone gets the chance to give feedback or make suggestions. The safety procedures are also reviewed every time
