Team leader (m/f)
We are currently looking for a passionate team leader to lead a team of technicians and help to install storage applications at various locations throughout the country.
Your profile
- You already have several years of experience as a team leader within the sector or another sector
- You are a driven person with logistical interest and leadership abilities
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus
- You can read and interpret plans
- You are responsible and can lead a team of technicians
- You have an eye for detail
- You attach great importance to safety regulations
- You are in possession of a valid B driving licence
- You are driven and you are interested in the profession
- You lead your team with the right organizational insight
- You are a flexible member of the team
- You act calmly and controlled towards your people even under time constraint, without losing sight of your goal / deadlines
Job-related competencies
- Determine the operations for assembly and adjustments
- Check the supply and tools of the workstation
- Coordinate the activities of a team
- Checking, installing and securing the parts to be assembled (frames, profiles, structures, etc.)
